A 255-bed independent regional hospital serving a ten-county area in Northcentral Arkansas actively seeks to bring on an ENT. Take over an established practice from a physician retiring after 10 years of serving the community.

The Practice:

• Join a busy established ENT group consisting of 2 providers
• The 4-day work week is evenly split between 2 clinic days and 2 days in the OR
• Home to an active Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residency - Teaching opportunities available
• $525,000 base salary, production incentives, and additional call pay
• Additional incentives: $30,000 Sign-on, student loan forgiveness, residency stipend, $10,000 relocation support, $3,000 + 5 days for CME, Full health benefits package + 401K, and Malpractice insurance provided
• Located in Northeast Arkansas, this facility can sponsor J1/H1B visas year-round through the Delta Regional Authority
